the mobius strip, installation, 2011 I collected informations about various resettlement and ethnical cleansings from the time of war and post-war Europe. I wrote these individual data on map /sheet metal/ of population transfers that I sought from various sources. From these enlarged maps I made a fence. It is actually a falling fence that is a part from the Möbius strip /polemic with a traditional mainstream sculpture theme/ also exemplifies endlessly recurring problem. |
